    http://www.asm-fc.com/article.aspx?id=1886

    Transfers - 14/08/2006
Zikos turns over to the AEK Athens
Andreas Vassilis Zikos and ASM FC fell from agreement for the cancellation of the contract of the medium of Greek ground, which turns over to the AEK Athens, of which it changed the colors of 1998 to 2002.
The ACE Monaco FC and Andreas Vassilis Zikos found an agreement for the cancellation of the contract of the medium of Greek ground, which turns over to the AEK Athens, the club of which it carried the colors during four seasons, of 1998 to 2002.

After four seasons under the Red and White shirt, Andreas Vassilis Zikos, 31 years, turns over to the AEK Athens, a club which it had left during the intersaison 2002 to join the ACE Monaco FC, of which it will have marked the history. The medium of ground recuperator will have disputed 102 matches and registers 6 goals in championship of France with ASM FC. Winner of Cut of the League in 2003, " Akis " was also illustrated on the European scene, disputing a total of 27 meetings and fascinating share to the 2004 which saw the Monegasques reaching the final of the League Champions.

I think that defender from Blackburn should want to come. At Monaco he could win titles and play in Europe while at Blackburn it very difficult to win titles and play in Europe. The team needs another defender badly and with Marseille the favorties for Boumsoung I think Lucas Neill would be a great signing if possible.

Lucas Neill would be a good signing just about every team. He's really quality. I think he loves the style of the Premiership though.

Lyon have failed to land a few players they were targeting, Toure, Vincent Kompany, Pauleta, Frank Ribery.

Well done to Monaco for getting Yaya!
As a Man Utd fan I have been pestering every possible Man Utd forum over the previous year with why he would be the perfect replacement for Keane, hoping someone at the club would take heed.
But Im so glad he has gone to a club like Monaco! I would not be surprised if at the end of the season he is your player of the year!

Still winless after a 1-1 draw with Rennes. Jan Koller scored his 1st goal in the 12th min.

Monaco collected a first win of the campaign after seeing off Sedan 2-1 at Stade Louis II.

Mohamed Kallon drew first blood on 31 minutes and Francois Modesto added a second goal just before half time.

Mansour Boutabout replied with eight minutes left for Sedan, who are still to win this season.

Monaco: Cufré for three years (30/08)
The ACE Monaco and the ACE Roma agreed this morning for the transfer of the international general-purpose defender Argentinian Leandro Damian Cufré (28 years). The official site announces that it engaged for three seasons with the club of the Principality. An arrival of reputation which doubtless comes to buckle the recruitment of the ASM. Good luck to Cufre, I'll miss him, an Argentine that fought for Rome.
