Fantastic stuff Steve! I was just thinking about trying to get another one going. We'll have to talk about "taking it to the next level". I'm thinking, match reports, previews with KY Gunner, etc, etc...
We are hoping now that games are being played again we will be able to get member feedback via Skype, email and talking a recorder to the pub and get post-game reaction.
We may want to look into setting up a voice-mail box that we can then import the messages into the recording, and respond accordingly during the show. Also, you mentioned that the pub you were in on Sunday missed the first three minutes of the match as they thought it was on FSC. You weren't by any chance at the Dark Horse in Philly, were you, as the same exact thing happened to me,
We have a Skype account setup. Have looked at phone numbers but it would be a long distance call for most so have not set that up yet but will in the near future.
I've had the same argument with bartenders before! Anyway, after our trip, I'll see about getting Steph, Ash, Coach and Billy together to give a report. Plus we hope to have a ton of pics!!
Thanks guys, that was great. You especially got me fire up about Sky Sports and nonrefundable tickets! I learned that one first hand! Unfortunately I do not think I'll be able to make any of the road trips. I guess I'll shoot for the bright month of January. Keep up the great work!
If you subscribe via iTunes...sorry, not sure why it is not updating yet. I have redone the feed to be more iTunes friendly....hopefully it will update soon.
Sorry about the late feeback, but downloaded and listened last week, and really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work, and I'll look forward to the next one.
