Game is 5 minutes in. Charlton 1-0 up from a really scrappy Holtham goal in the 2nd minute.

4-1 now. Smith and Ludlow have ten minutes to try for a hattrick each.

Full time and it finishes 4-1. Arsenal ladies have the quadruple.

Mate you should see the 1st and 3rd goals by Arsenal. They were extremely impressive.

I was stood next to Rachel Yankey yesterday, she is tiny. I was also stood next to Faye White a few months ago and she is quite tall. Taller then her boyfriend.

Congratulations, at least one Arsenal team this season will win something. Brings a tear to my eye.

i know i was extremely gutted that we couldnt pick up the prestigious carling cup trophy. im only really just coming to terms with it. the chelsea fans must be so proud of there (£500million) team for coming away from another season with just a carling cup to show.

My Mrs says that I should just start supporting the Ladies team as opposed to the mens team...

    Well done girls.
