The amount of skill it takes to place not one but two balls into the box so precisely that the other team has no choice but to put the ball in their own net, is quite remarkable.

    Perfect post. Succinct sarcastic summary.

Woof. 3 points, tho. A full week off now…much needed.

Smh I told all of y’all you can’t just show up and get 3 pts. Wolves out scored us 3-0 but we get the dub. All that matters.

3 points is 3 points but sheesh. It's a "disappointing" 3 points. Nwaneri really must suck in practice. Hincapie is showing that he doesn't want his loan-to-buy option activated.

Almost prescient. We're all glad you weren't though!

Hincapie is an ok defender but theres a reason he was behind Mosquera earlier in the season.

He is 4th choice and we are relying on him as a starter.

Yeah, it's surely disappointing how little time Ethan's getting. But I doubt it's because he completely sucks in training. I just think he's behind players who are much better than him AND we're just not as decimated injury-wise in his area as we are in our backline.

I’m more surprised Madueke didn’t play. You bad two goals in your last game, and your team desperately needs to score, then your coach throws everyone on the field but you. *shrugs* That was a weird call to me.

Can't blame him all the way because he started at LB, but I agree

Hincapie gives me early Gabi XL vibes.

Gabi was a physical beast too, Hincapie isn't losing duels, but some moments where his positioning is poor and we concede stupid goals.

Gabi XL would have given up the same goal as Hincapie did in his early days, and now Gabi XL would have either stepped up to put the Wolves forward offside or just bullied him and won the header.

Huh? Madueke, Odegaard, Troussard and Martinelli all have missed time. He should have played more than he has.

I think he's quite good actually, as I said mid-match. Are you faulting him for the Tolu headed goal? Because I think that was more excellent attacker, not poor defender.

We had 2 shots on target, same as Wolves. This is not goign to end well.

Hincapie is a fullback in this team, not a center half. Which is one of the reasons I found it a little odd to jettison Kiwior in favor af paying twice as much for Hincapie, but Kiwior wanted to go somewhere to play and it’s water under the bridge now.

I think Hincapie is an upgrade from Kiwior, and I liked Kiwior during his time here.

    Here's a thought I had at FT...

At times this season we've been Set Piece FC, sometimes even Open Play FC, but tonight we were Rub of the Green FC. :p

Not sure how much we can count on that going forward though.

That was as bad a 90 minutes as Arteta has had. Yikes. The rest defence with no density in front of the net was horrible to watch.

Gabi got bullied by Brobbey on a similar-ish situation v Sunderland. It happens. Sometimes you get caught on the wrong side of the play.

We all knew when that big dude came on and the commentator said he's yet to score that he was gonna score. It felt inevitable.
