The lads are finally looking (sounding for those who heard the BCFC match) great. Let's get the CL matches taken care of with a sound 2-0 win over Rosenborg. Get your game face because Gooner power is in full effect! Come on Gooners......let's all get fired up. This is the moment when we need to stay positive and keep nipping at Chelsea's heels. Europe has always been elusive for us, but in the end we need to take it 1 match at a time. We have the talent. We just need a solid run with everyone fit and charged up. Whatever your chant, get behind our lads. I know AFC play has been a bit dodgy, as of late, but our championship form will return. Chin up! Up The Arsenal!

    KEEEEEEEEEOWN! There's only one Keown.

    Charlie George,
    Superstar,
How many goals have you scored so far?

Don't worry.. This will be an easy win.. The RBK players are tired after a long season... (Tippeligaen, Champions League, Norwegian Cup, Royal Legaue)
But.. Who knows? They might bring forward some hidden energy and put up a he** of a fight... :) *In hopes*

And with 4 of the most important players injured for RBK, there is actually not much hope left on my side...

I am leaning towards a 2-1 win for the boys from Highbury...I am quite excited, as I might be finding meself at the Valley for the Charlton-Arsenal game on New Year's!

I guess a slim 1-0 victory to us, though I would love a 5-0 stormer to get everybody back in the right frame of mind for the Chelsea game.

I think we should win. I hope Freddie gets on the scoresheet. He has been fantastic for the past few games. And for Reyes to get his form back; he's been out of sorts for the past few games.

2-1 coz its not Arsenal unless theres a goal let in...probably 85-90th minute the goal is conceded...ill go so far as to say if Cygan gets on the field hell do the job (score the own goal that is) though id like him to score one for us that makes our goal difference go up not down

Hmmm. Congratulations for fitting more cliches into a single paragraph than I've ever seen before. Isn't there some sort of statute of limitations on facile rubbish?

You're obviously not an attorney or you'd realize that you just used "statute of limitations" inaccurately. Or did you mean that Catfish is time barred from posting what he did for some reason?

No problem. I just figured if you were going to insult someone as opposed to offering an actual comment on the thread topic you should at least use the correct terms to do so.

Anyone else think Henry will score a double hattrick in this one?;)

Really though, I'd like to build on Saturday's game, keep another clean sheet and hopefully incur no fresh injuries in this one.

I hope no one will be wearing Blue this week.....

I've heard that the RBK-players are really looking forward to.......christmas shopping in London...

Probably it will turn out an easy win for Arsenal.. Rosenborg has huge injury worries, and are tired after a long season...(Norwegian League, Norwegian Cup, Champions League and Royal League)

I hope it is an easy win, but we never seem to have anything easy in the CL.

With all players in shape and injury-free, Rosenborg would give you a run for the money. But not in this shape. Berg, Riseth, Russel, Dorsin are out, and because of that, midfielder Solli will be playing on the RB tomorrow. So, the teams best midfielder is out(Berg) and three defenders are out. Because of that, Rosenborg have to put as much firepower as possible on the field to score more than they will let in. That will mean 4 forwards. Expect alot of goals.

    Ars 5-2 Ros

The forward boys better be sharpening their wits because this could be a game of who scores the most goals?!

I see more of a shaky start to the Arsenal-Rosenborg match, as the players themselves will know how much is riding on it. Its been highlighted that Rosenborg won't be much in shape, but they also don't have the massive expectations placed on their shoulders. Its a team with nothing to lose.

Well they have to go in to win since PSV is playing at the same time. Hopefully PSV will win and we go, but I still feel that we can win this one.

My prediction is Arsenal 2 - 1 Rosenborg.
