    quick question guys, how can you have such good young players, yet you're reserves are inconsistent to say the least?

    because lots of them play in the first team when half the first team is out injured

    That's because the majority of them are the youth academy players, 15/16/17 yr old, promoted to reserve football after the previous players were all either loaned out, sold or promoted to the first team squad. It's a step up from academy football and it shows, which is why they are doing so well in youth football where they haven't lost all season and are top of the league, whilst finding reserve football hard so far.
