Arsenal loaning Vela to Celta Vigo?

    What are you guys reading about this? I was just wondering because here in Spain Marca says that the teams are in negotiations to loan Carlos Vela to the españoles.

    I know a lot of Mexican BS members are interested in this, as am I.

    that has been part of the deal from the beginning, i believe.

    also, it is part of the new working agreement between arsenal and celta vigo.

    The original 'news' was that he would be loaned to Valencia, but there are a lot of dodgy issues regarding the entire deal (in terms of legality) so I don't think anyone really knows what is going on.
