Anyone know about The Red Lion in Indian Rocks Beach? It's listed on setanta.com as showing Champions League closed-circuit games. I'm going to Tampa on vacation and need my fix on Wednesday.
    Any help, thanks.

I have tried on numerous occasions to find somewhere in the Tampa area showing the games, but without success. I will be there and surrounding area from 7 - 23 April, and there are some "big games" during that period, (Man. Utd., F.A. Cup semi-final, and Champions League quarter finals, (hopefully!!!) that I will be missing so if you find anywhere good then please let me know.
Those that I have been informed of didn't "pan out", so I am in need of finding somewhere!!! Jeff.

I don't know about that place, but make for damn sure that you visit Ybor City. It's got the best Cuban bread this side of Havana. And when you go, make sure you go to Cherry's restaraunt. Good food.

I've been to Ybor City a couple of times. Couldn't find a place to show Arsenal games though.
    (More important than Cuban bread!).

The game is being shown on ESPN Intl. So if you don't mind watching in Spanish your best is a Hispanic bar. Try online yellow pages for Tampa!

I am sorry that this thread is five years old.

I will be in Tampa/Clearwater area this Tuesday. I need a place to watch the match. Are there any soccer bars that are friendly to Arsenal in the Tampa Bay area?

    Please help!

In Tampa MacDinton's is the best pub for EPL and Champions League. Can't say that it will be "Arsenal friendly" considering there's usually lots of Liverpool jerseys in attendance whenever Liv is on TV.

Seeing as the bar in Tampa is wee bit far away I am going to try this one in Largo:

    Rose & Crown (Seminole)
    12850 Walsingham Road
    Largo, FL 33774
    727-593-7673

Any thoughts from the peanut gallery?

I live about 20 minutes from there and I didn't know they were still around. Last time I was there was like 7 years ago. I would certainly call first. Otherwise, the match is on ESPN 2, any local sports bar around should accommodate given a 2:45PM start on a Tuesday.

I'd think anyways. I watch all my Arsenal matches at home.

I went to that bar in Tampa, Rose & Crown. Its a Rangers bar. Great beer selection and food was decent.
