Dybala left foot is close to ADM level if not Messi & Diego.

Garnacho registered first assist , almost scored aswell.

The second half has been reapeat of Finilissima.

Brazil should be thanking us. Those scrubs would drop to 7th place and risk missing the WC if we let Chile beat us today

Dybala deserves this, my respect to him went up 200% after he refused the Saudi deal. Idc what anyone says 30 is still prime

The 2nd half was the best display that I've seen since vs France 1st half.

Maybe Licha will be the LB going forward...

He should go to Saudi if they offer more money. Not that I favor money before all but in this case, yes.

I mean, Nico's injury, as sad that we are for him, might be an improvement.

We need more LoCelso, Dybala and Garnacho. We played so much better in the second half. Not even close.

Dybala in 15 minutes did much more than Nico Troncalez in 75. Who could have guessed it.

30 years old in 2024 is basically 26 compare to 90s and prior. Athelete fitness level today is waay ahead of the old days. Especially the different foul rules back then when you can kick players like Diego 100 times per match.

Garnacho looked anxious aswell, like he's in hurry whenever he touches the ball. I hope he'll get his first goal soon to settle his nerve.

Lets not discredit Nico's dirty work though. The first half relentless pressing killed Chile's legs, that was obvious.

Colombia game would be much tougher (at least on paper), but I'd love to see more minutes from Dybala and Garnacho.. I'm sure some of our starters today must be a bit tired after those crazy pressing .

Even in worst scenario, we'd still 2 points ahead Uruguay if we lose that one, and that if Uruguay beat Paraguay. At this point, we should be experimenting bit by bit. If we're ahead, I'd love to see Soule and Carboni in last 10-15 minutes of the game.

By the way, it's quite likely that we'll play a home game behind closed doors soon. There were again numerous chants involving the word "p*to" during the match which won't be overlooked by FIFA. We were already penalized for this game with reduced spectator capacity.

Have they punish Brazil yet for that Maracana fiasco?

Ok, I forgot FIFA & Conmebol punishment is only for Argentina.

Yes, Brazil got fined I believe.

Conmebol has nothing to do with this, it's FIFA cracking down. The former is much more lenient regarding the use of this word, otherwise south american clubs would be punished all the time.

Uruguay will also play tomorrow with reduced capacity because they also sing "a estos p les tenemos que ganar" like we do :ROFLMAO:

Mexico also got a few home qualifier games with reduced spectators in the previous cycle.

BTW- I hope Scaloni was just playing Cuti, Licha and Ota as some type of strange experiment. I know he's dabbled with it a couple times but the last thing we need is playing with a back 3 with Otamendi being a liability.

It's all to accommodate Gonzalez, his fetish.

If Nico is injured then I predict next game Montiel and Acuña start. Otamendi probably leaves the XI.
