Luckily for us the brazilian attack is practically inexistent today.

It’s almost as if they’re more concentrated on preserving their undefeated streak rather than actually seeking the win. They could do damage if they’re smart and step on the pedal.

    Martinez Quarta, Senesi...

No idea how Nehuen Perez is doing nowadays, but he seemed like a legit option not too long ago

Unfortunately German is just one of those players that Scaloni has a fetish over for no reason, like Guido

We have Martinez but he’s preoccupied atm.

    Alvarez should get on tbh

He hasn’t played in like 1.5 seasons no way he gets a call up. Medina is another option tho

Subbing lautaro really isn't a good idea you have to stick with your only striker. J correa back to his Copa form getting dispossessed easily and more importantly he isn't a '9

Perez is kicking his heels needlessly at the moment. Get Alvarez on for Correa please.

Scaloni seems to have no idea about shape in this team with his changes. Mind boggling. Alvarez up top and Correa withdrawn to the left hopefully.

Pretty poor from Rdp. Should be a yellow for simulation. Wasting a good position.

We came into these rounds a bit beat up. A month ago, we played better but these two games, maybe even the last three, we’ve been awful. We should be better than this. I hope the guys are not content with the Copa America trophy. And please, if Messi is not 100%, do not call him. Scaloni has a few months to think this through because this is not good enough.

Corners have been very poor tonight. Not enough variation or thought involved. Just floated in to Allison.

Two poor games in a row. We need to set high standards and keep pushing. Romero has been a giant all the way through.

Someone like Lo Celso needs a huge kick in the backside. Underperforming hugely. Seems his club form is affecting him as is his lack of football.

Cuti went a handful of games not picking up a yellow, Pezzella steps onto the pitch for 5 minutes, he gets a yellow, classic.

I do not think we were very good v Peru. We were lucky they missed a penalty. And I agree, so many players need to step up. Where is the Gio from Betis?

Yeah, Lo Celso has been very uninspiring for a long time now. Even in CA he wasn’t all that great. He has the starting spot locked because he was part of that championship team, but he really needs to start getting involved and showing more.

No one doubts his conditions, but to be a starter for Argentina you have to continuously prove yourself

Well that’s now three games in a row that Brazil can’t even score on us (2019 Superclasico, 2021 CA final, 2021 WCQ)... four games if you count the infamous ANVISA match

This game reminds me of first 20 minutes of Copa final. Both sides being super cautious, except this time the whole game both sides were being cautious and never attack in numbers.

Never like the idea of replacing Lautaro with Tucu. Lautaro has scored deep in second half many times and you dont replace your main forward just because he hasnt score especislly when he rarely gets feed. Its the same mistake that Pekerman did in that QF.

We are just a bit off form and with injuries but Scaloni needs to stop his obsession with j correa and stop subbing off lautaro for absolutely no reason

Both sides were awful tonight. We were a bit lucky that Vinicius is trash. And this guy is supposedly special? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It was a good game. We are still unbeaten, and, if Chile loses tonight (they are losing at 55') we are actually mathematically qualified

    I TAKE IT!
