A better backline, hopefully Parades will put a better performance. I dont think Acuna will start in future crucial games but he actually put some outstanding performance as a sub. Hopefully Lautaro could reach 10 goals mark in this game. Dybala maybe will play in second half.

 

Dang what a play by Lautaro to chip it over the defender and then one time it. Would've been a golazo if he connected. Liked the attempt, though.

I really like what I see from Ocampos, both his early season Sevilla form and so far this game. We desperately need more players than Messi who can do something 1v1. I was never impressed with Ocampos when he was at Marseille but if we were to play a competitive match tomorrow, I would pick him among the 11 starters.

 

Alerio almost scored from another Acuna's cross. For some reason they connect very well.

 

We look really fired up today, I like it. Our attitude and passion are not in friendly game mode.

 

Another Acuna cross ends up in the goal because it was deflected by a defender. Great buildup that might have resulted in a goal anyway.

You got a good point there, Ecuador has been so bad that it's not even resembling a "real" game. We'll take the win and I guess a confidence boost for certain players.

I think acuna proved indispensable again this game. He adds a lot in term of width I feel like he has been underrated for years.
Di Paul, Paredes, lautaro, Acuna, pezzela, taglafico, Foyth.
I think those are almost locked starter now. And we will see more trials with alario maybe he will end up partnering with aguero and lautaro will be on the bench

 

Yeah I think Acuna is underrated, I would like him to be in the squad and I think he is a lock for the squad. But if we are going for the 4-3-1-2 that we played in the Copa 19, I think the starter LB will be Tagliafico and the starter LCM will be Palacios with Acuna in the sub.

I like that we have Foyth as an option as RB and we have Montiel also as he has the River connection with Armani and Quarta. Hopefully Foyth gets more experience at RB for Spurs. I think the November friendlies will give us the biggest clue who will be the starter for the March FIFA WCQ games.
