Usual Hernan is reliable. The fact that Valentin Gomez is not in the top 50 is very concerning.

A lot can change in the next couple of months though.

Anselmino I get he's an often injured kid. But Gomez is surely better than Medina, Balerdi, and Otamendi.

Could Buendia be the surprise for the WC list?

 

Based on recent form, it shouldnt be a surprise. Buendia has been on fire.

Anselmino called up for Chelsea. Big move and risky for him and club. But I think their coach is smart so I’m excited for it

 

Enzo scored in Chelsea 3-1 win. He has equalled his previous season goal tally but in 20 less matches.

 

I think it's the best move for Anselmino personally. He'll get much more PR from Chelsea and they do have the squad to compete for the Cup treble. From the way Rosenior is playing and the inconsistent form of their CBs, I think Anselmino has a chance to make an impact.

Also, not saying that he should but if Scaloni wants a player who can help for the RB like Foyth does, then Anselmino has a higher chance to make the squad. (Obviously, I'd much prefer him as a CB)
