He'll make up some excuse about not having the room for his characteristics or something like that. That we have players that do things that fit the teams needs... This or that...

We haven't replaced ADM and I don't think we can but he is far and away our most threatening winger. In terms of offense, he blows away the likes of Nico and Giuliano. But as I have been seen saying for years, Scaloni LOVES players who are hybrid.

And look, I know he has already turned down the Tanos once but Scaloni needs to just call him up and have him around the team. It will be a huge boost in morale. Scaloni is a very pragmatic manager. He does not want to complicate is thinking because he feels if there is one new player who comes in, he can change the entire dynamic and he will have to shift how the ENTIRE team plays.

Soule, Equi and Barco will all make it next year. I believe in Scaloni.

add that to Gomez( his game is just starting) or another in form CB.

I don't know much about him since he made his path in Europe but something to think about....

He was apparently with.... checks notes... with River's youth team and they let him go for nothing...

Yeah, it was a strange case because he was always a prospect in the youth sides. He was even the reserves’ top scorer the year he left to Alaves. Apparently he felt he wasn’t going to be able to break into the first team and decided to try his luck in Europe.

However, he did show gratitude for the club and arranged for River to get 20% of his future transfer as a form of payment for his exit, so it ended up working out as the club raked in €3.2m when he moved to France.

Good to see him doing so well first in Mirandes and now in Racing!

I watched only the first half he was solid. But every game he’s getting rave reviews now. With Moreno, Gomez, Anselmino, Senesi and Martinez coming back in a few weeks. Otamendi shouldn’t see much action. I get his experience and as a 4th choice defender good locker room presence for the WC. But please don’t start him.

It's funny that the guy is trying to make him look short when he is 1,81. Cuti height is 1,85, Otamendi is 1,83 and Lisandro is 1,75.

Martinez is short for a CB. I think its more he's impressed by how good Gomez is in the air despite not being the tallest.

It always astonishes me how bad some of these players’ fashion sense really is. I get it, many of them probably grew up in working class neighborhoods, but once they get money, they either spend it on those gigantic white teeth or on god-awful clothes.

Cuti looks like he’s wearing clown pants.

Strasbourg are just basically a feeder club for Chelsea so don't be too surprised to see Panichelli there next season. Yes Angers are a terrible side but you know you can only beat what is in front of you although he could have had a couple more.

Lopez scored again. We're okay forward wise. Alvarez will be around for 2030 at his peak and of course there is Castro too.

Scaloni really needs to wake up fast. If they are using performance metrics half of the squad selected should not be there. He does need a smack around the head if he persists with this.

Javier Zanetti should teach these pups some fashion sense. Simple & stylish Javier. Looks like he stepped out of the 1930s. And all those tattoos even on the kids now. Horrible.

So your boy was able to secure a spot in the FIFA WC Pre-Sale!

Was excited as hell, wanted to buy the Argentina TST pack and follow them at least through group stage… today was my window to buy tickets!

Took me 75 minutes to get past the queue and into the portal, and once I’m in…

    IMG_7598.jpeg

    :cry::cry::cry:

Literally the only team sold out. You can buy Brazil, England, France, Spain, Germany, etc… hell, even USA and Mexico are available!

It’s a shame because all the people that bought the tickets are probably resellers and casual fans who just want to see Messi. Just kill me now…

Oh well… I have the option to buy match specific tickets, but without knowing who’s playing who it’s kind of pointless. Imagine dropping $500 a ticket and end up getting New Zealand vs El Salvador. The LA Sofi Quarterfinal is tempting, but the only tickets available are $1150 each soooo :(

They’re selling out faaaaast. Don’t know if it’s ticket scalpers or what, but everything is flying.

Most matches are $400-500 and up. You can get lucky and find a random game for $300 in some of the stadiums (like Atlanta and SF), but you don’t know who is playing. USA games are even worse — the first game in LA is practically two grand and up:

    IMG_7601.jpeg

I clicked on the Brazil TST and it was starting at 3k for the 3 group games. Shit’s out of control

Man, hopefully this is just algorithm nonsense and the prices fall as it gets closer and resellers have to give in.

Btw, those USA tickets that are $1940 (category 2) are practically nosebleeds.. look at the map in the screenshot in my previous post, and they are the red sections in the stadium.

    shit’s a joke

    Mystic Mario strikes again.

Scaloni is basically opening the door for Scaloni to make the switch over. It will be a dumb mistake under his part. What more does he have to do to earn a call-up?
