We can keep switching till we find goal scorers all the way down to the Colombian second division and when we get there we'll be out of WCQ because we didn't fix the problems in the team.

I just have a feeling when Duvan finally scores he will get really hot.
Hopefully the hot streak is during Qualifiers and God willing the World Cup.

You were seriously complaining about that? Should the players get do overs if they want?

If trash-talking can't be handled then these players can't be considered mentally mature enough to pay little attention to trash talking. It happens in football and the GK got us because of the weak mentality.

Sadly in reality this is becoming another Jackson Martinez case...we kept on hoping (especially me) that had Jackson started scoring a goal or two he would gain momentum from it.

But he never did in the end.

    Duvan doesn't have a Falcao.

Jackson didn't get more chances because he had a young Falcao blocking his path. Starting Striker is wide open. Plus Cucho, Suarez and anyone else that pops up before the WC. Rueda cares about how the guys play not the club they play for

I really don't remember Jackson having a major dry spell and we were so good in that period I can't imagine caring.

What the hell? I never said do overs or anything let me that. It wasn't just trashtalking it was very crass ("picamela gordo ********") ... But the referee let it all slide. There shouldn't be any interaction between kicker and keeper.

But you know what? What pisses me off even more is our players attitude. They let themselves be affected by it (except Borja which is a monster) ... most of these players came from the streets and they couldn't handle some banter? Weak as hell. Also They didn't ever retort a word... I didn't hear a single hijue... Carchimb... Gonorre... Anything... So weak in my mind.

I think Mina was conditioned not to say or do anything after the Uruguay game and didn't know what to do when Emi started talking.

I would gladly buy him a beer if I met him. He makes my day.

If you take away his most extreme comment from his posts, the rest of what he says actually makes sense and has some (not all) truth to it.
