As some of you may know, Puerto Rico has opened up www.riverpr.com and from what I understand it's going to be a farm club of sorts and also a training ground as well as a development club for future River players. It appears that Racing has also followed River with http://fraigcomar.com/ I'm very excited about all this as I am Puerto Rican and also a huge futbol fan, my question is; does anyone in Argentina know about these farm clubs? is it a new thing or have they always had farms in other countries?
