As of now my plans are that I will catch the same R5 train at Villanova. Let me know what car you'll be on so we can meet up.
I think that I may do that also, but I want to return to McGillin's for the march to the Convention Center.
You should definitely go to mcgillins. Even if you're not an sob at least you'd know what you're missing. Plus there will probably be beer specials (not sure if that would sway you), and lots of loud singing and warming up for the draft. Not sure if they'll be any singing at the fieldhouse. Plus if you're hungry the food is pretty reasonable.
Thanks to the serious flaws of a personal friend, I have a ride to Philly on the 14th. We'll be leaving KoP around 12:22, so after parking, we should arrive no later than 1:15! Yay!
Beer doesn't excite me. Magners / Woodchuck / Strongbow, on the other hand... If I get up early enough, I'll stop by McGillins and then go to the Fieldhouse. Hell, I may be an SoB by the end of the day.

Never had Original Sin. But there's a first time for everything. Like... y'know... a soccer draft. ^_^
They probably woodchuck and some others in bottles. Lots of places do. I'm not sure about that tho. I'm not a big cider guy.
You would think, given the fact that I play with and hang out with a bunch of Australian dudes, that I would be more into beer. But I'm not. I just can't get into it.
i'm glad corey came up witht aht one. even i am getting tired of making jokes regarding dave's inability to chug.
Well you will see what happens when he drinks his cider. He goes from a friendly Pink Marshmallow Monster to......
for the past month ive been under the impression this was a wednesday morning. now that i know how to read a calendar and realize its a thursday, makes my chances of making this about twice as good
Is anyone taking a later R2 train into Philly? Even though I was at mcgillin's on NYE I was walking with someone who knew where they were going. Walking around Philly alone and not sure where I'm going doesn't really appeal to me. If push comes to shove I can get myself to Wilmington and on the 7:45 train. This will be only my second sob event, the other being annoucement day (still have 2 of the pins that they gave out, one pinned to my "Kick Start Chester" scarf).
