It's bad enough ROB is out, now there's no Suarez. On top of that, all of a sudden Metro's on a winning streak.

It's bad enough being a Dallas fan in NJ, but with the way things have been going I'm afraid it's going to get worse. I'm going to the game with a Metro fan, so it would be especially sweet for Burn to get their first win Saturday.

Any thoughts on the line-up for Saturday?

Are we ready? My feeling would be no. Our offense has not looked even mildly cohesive at any point this season. NY on the other hand is probably the most organized defensive team in the leauge. Throw in our historic problems with Mathis, and I wouldn't be talking too much smack with your Metro friend.

Then again, you could make an argument that we're due. Pareja is back. We've had some good luck against NY recently, Chivas especially has gone wild on them. And maybe it will lift our spirits a little just to be away from Southlake. Also, Jeffries has a favorable record against Bradley the last few years if that can be believed.

Nonetheless, I kind of expect the same disorganized mess, punctuated by too-little-too-late moments of individual brilliance, that we've come to expect so far this season.

My first thought is that we better pack 'em in tight and hope for a counter attack goal. Otherwise I feel like we're going to get sliced open like an eager med student on a cadaver....

Anyone else starting to be a bit concerned over Morrow's lack of speed? It looks to me like Steve may have lost a step or two since last year and playing on that fast FieldTurf surface doesn't help matters any.

I hope Morrow is interested in coaching.

Absolutely true. Save Morrow for road games on grass. Play Suarez and T-Bone in the middle; Broome on the left; ? on the right.

Bussey is not MLS calibre; Shavar Thomas is a rookie; anybody got Zarco's number?

Naturally Deering can play D, and Behncke is an obvious choice, but I've never seen Gbandi play anywhere but on the left side.
