Are predators going backwards?

Ever since the Predator Mania, which I really really liked TBH, I don't think any of the new predators have been quite that good. The predator pulse looked funny and felt funny and the Predator Absolute doesn't seems durable enough and is far from the Mania when we're talking about comfort IMO. So my question is: do most of you feel the same? Or am I pretty much the only one who thinks that way?

My 5 Cents (though I not worn Absolutes yet so this is on other peoples statementsie apps's reviews), The pulses were a step back from the Mania's, a long step back from the glory days of the Pred series. The Absolute is definetely a step back in the right direction, whether they can reclaim the crown in one generation, but look at all the pro's that wear Absolutes, that had switched from preds to f50's when the pulses came out! Im talking Adidas sponsored guys that HAVE to wear adidas, but ain't contracted to one specific boot, and went away from preds becoz of the pulse, but are now coming back to the flagship!

Perhaps, but I've seen a guy like Del Piero wear the Predator Mania again. I don't think he has ever worn the Predator Absolute yet.

Yeah I beleive the Absolutes are a step back in the right direction, but as for the players who switched from F50's to Absolutes, they probably be switching back soon to the Tunits. I know i will :D

I think they're trying to make money, making the quality of the boot less so it's less to make but they're selling it at 199.99 to increase profit. people these days are just greedy.

I've heard a lot of varying reviews on the quality/design of the absolute. Waiting til I have had some in my hands and on my feet to make up my mind, but a bit sceptical at the moment about them.

Are you crazy? Many people have already stated that the Absolute is just the Mania with Pulse technology and I'd have to say I agree. The cleats are so comfortable and even after wearing them with not breaking them in fully I was able to come away without a blister. The leather is just as soft as any of the quality boots you can find out there and the durability seems to be way better than that of the Pulses. I suggest that everyone should spend some time with boots, they'll most likely come to like them.
