Anyone else here watching Widow’s Bay, a comedy horror (or horror comedy) on Apple TV set in the New England island town of Widow’s Bay? It’s pretty good so far (the first three episodes are already available to view as of this posting, while the remaining seven episodes will be released weekly). GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
And people wish MLS wasn’t on Apple TV. https://t.co/wprsnDvdu6— Favian Renkel (@FavianRenkel) May 10, 2026 GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Apple TV on my phone app hides games. Yesterday my first page interface had the Miami game listed and none in between that and the Quakes game. Had to poke around relentlessly to find the Fire game hidden several pages in.
Just to be clear, had I been looking yesterday for the Nashville game on Apple TV on my phone app that hides games, I would had a very hard time finding it. Not a better medium than FS2.
I’ve found that their search feature works well and supports fuzzy search, etc. I just went to Apple TV on my phone and typed “Nashville SC” and the Nashville DC game popped up to the top. I’ve had bad experiences searching for stuff on services like Hulu, where it seemed like you needed to find the magical incantation to find a soccer game. YouTubeTV is not bad though.

I love watching the role he plays, but this is so silly. Maybe he’s looking for ideas for a show or movie

Or perhaps on the rolling hills of Cupertino (or to go really old school: of Sunnyvale). GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Could be that too but his famous "being in nature and meditating" period was when he went to the Himalayas to study with a guru. I think once he started Apple he wasn't doing much lounging around in the foothills . He was a workaholic.
He's 35 years old and hasn't played at any level since he got injured when he was a youth academy player in Mexico. It's called a marketing gimmick.
