Either that or get what outwardly looks like a 12” black and white TV but is actually a TV with either 4k or 8k resolution (similar to those 1950’s-looking jukeboxes currently in Denny’s restaurants that are actually giant MP3 players). GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
When my kids were little and naughty, I would punish them by taking away the TV remote. I never said they couldn't watch TV, i just took away the remote. I always thought it funny that they would not walk over to the TV to turn it on manually.
They probably didn't know how to operate the TV manually . Nowadays I think most TV's can't be operated manually, but not sure. I don't use TV's anymore.
Nah, they knew how. they were like 5-10 years old. They just felt so punished, having to get up off the couch.
I once got punished with no TV while the Sabres were in the Stanley Cup finals. Fortunately, I had a transistor radio, and I went to bed early and huddled under the sheets secretly listening to the radiocast of the famous Fog Game fifty years ago.

The movie would have been nothing like the movie without Brad, and without the constant narration explaining what was going on. My son has a Nintendo with a Mario racing game, and playing that is far more immersive and exciting than the movie!
