I'd like to take a moment to apologize for what happened in section 103 this afternoon. The group and I were not aware that the section was what the stadium staff refer to as a "family section." When people started yelling to sit down, my natural instinct was to ignore it and take the righteous high ground. Ultimately, it was a bit of a misunderstanding, and we should have been in another section (and hopefully will arrange that ahead of time in the future). Apologies all around for my behavior. I'm usually better than that.

That's where they got you, the entire stadium is "family section" since that's who the FO caters to.

The only sections that really aren't are 116 where the Inferno sit and the NE corner of the stadium where they usually make the away fans sit.

I was surprised that you weren't seated in the last section over by me (132? - I don't remember the section #). Other visiting fans get seats there, and I don't think standing would have been an issue.

If any NERds see this, maybe they can confirm or deny.

You have our permission to stomp a new mudhole for folks in the family section. In Frisco, there's a gazillion more to take their place. And if your wife/girlfriend is having trouble conceiving, try the local tap water.

I wanted to take the side of the away fans because the old guy complaining looked a little like the Houstank coach, Dominic Kinnear.

I feel no need to apologize to the 8 or so twats behind me with their nasally british accents. I'm sure that if I go into any of the Brit forums, they will confirm that people stand and chant and sing all game in England. Apparently the "Welcome to Frisco" package you get when you move there comes with a piece of rebar to stick up the ass of every member of the family.

Nor do I really feel that I owe an apology to the parents in front of me who were offended by words like "damn", "Hell", and "You suck". I'm sure that the school yards of the Frisco ISD are not immune from these words, nor are any of the other college and professional sporting events that these parents likely attend.

Nor do I feel that I need to apologize to the so-called "director of security" who guaranteed that I would be ejected if I didn't sit down, after asking why other standers around us were not be harassed, nor were we allowed to be reseated in another section, such as the empty section for the "Make A Wish" kids, which was too hot for them, so they had to be relocated, nor could we be reseated above the inferno because he would have to put security between us to prevent the riot that would assuredly break out between your massive firm and our traveling hooligans, or even the other near empty section directly across from us.

But I appreciate all of the Dallas fans & staff that I know that greeted me and my fellow fans and generally made up for the "director of security" being such a miserable ******************** and the english "hard men" behind me that hid behind them.

BTW - What is a muppet? That was apparently the hardest thing he could say to me, that I was one - and he didn't like my shorts.

PS: I'd like to apologize to the janitor of the Irish Pub. Trust me, I got a lot more in the toilet than on the floor.

Enjoyable as always and you're welcome for us playing slumpbuster to you, yet again.

PPS: I still hate you all and pray continually to the Baby Jesus for you to all die in a fire.

Damn, it's been too long since a good Segroves rant.

Thanks for coming down, Mike, always a pleasure to watch your team lose and send you home pissy again.

My apologies from us non-breeders who actually live in Frisco. Pretty sure that is just me and my wife. I gave up my season tickets in Row 2 of Section 118 this year because my wife got tired of the people asking me to sit down and stop using foul language towards the ARs. Well, that and I think the product is toilet. I just sit in 116, yes sit, and have yet to see a dust up even when there were Houstank fans there last time.

As for the beating, you are welcome and must be tiring of it by now!!!

As an Englishman (not one of the ones sitting behind you), I can tell you that "muppet" is... well, barely an insult. It's what you call one of your mates when they've done something mildly stupid. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything American's might use similarly, I guess "dumbass" but there's, to me, a little more venom in that.

I don't like your shorts either.

Everywhere and Nowhere.....I'm the wind, baby.
My wife and I were actually sitting directly behind you guys. When I saw the Chicago/Section 8 stuff I turned to her and said you'd be standing the whole game - so we just moved to the end of the row (plenty of seats available) and enjoyed the game.

Yea, I thought the English guy was a bit of a dick, but I appreciate you guys taking, what I thought, was the higher road.

I apologize to the fans in 106 and 107 because I couldn't convince the ref to give me a yellow card for showing my belly like Coop.:D

I also apologize to E66 for interrupting a conversation and showing him my best dehydrated, heat stroked and drunken fan impersonation.

I'm way OT here but is that why Geiger gave Cooper a yellow, for lifting his shirt? Game report say delay of restart but i don't recall Cooper jumping into the stands or running to the pisser or anything.

Anyone know a solid reason for the yellow or is Mark Geiger just a complete twat?
I think I know the answer.

    15 fouls to 3
1 clear missed penalty call to at least 2 clear dives by Blanco called as fouls

    The answer is clear.

That's what Dir and Sham said ont he broadcast...that he lifted his shirt. I believe "shirt lifting" is typically falls under the "delay" category on the ref report...so that makes sense.

Just because there is a semi-plausible reason for the yellow doesn't remove the possibility of Geiger being a twat.

IIRC, lifting your shirt up but not over your head is only a yellow if it reveals a message underneath the shirt.

Coop's message was....."Hey, Bradley, check this out!!"

That's decent of you. We enjoyed the shade of the pavilion after the half.
And...we stood most of the match up there.

I kinda wish they would have let us move to the supporters section. Mike knows most of them anyway and I'm sure we would have had a good time trading insults and cheering on our overheated players and their lack of effort.

How about a NIGHT GAME next time??? 108 is not a normal temp, not even in Tejas.
