Very defensive and dismissive. Im not going, so I don’t care anything about fifas bullshit, beyond already hating the company.
So glad my nation Ireland, has boycotted the World Cup. Unlike England, USA, France etc, we stand up for our principles and support those who have no rights there e.g. LGBTQ, women and migrant workers.
I'm thinking it's going to be a surprise winner myself. Possibly a second tier country even like a Serbia. My outside bet was Senegal until the Mane injury. Don't think they can overcome that one.
I've been critical of Melissa Reddy in the pastThen I warmed to her when she coherently went after the Glazers.I now have to say she is one of the best in the business. This is brilliant from her 👏👏pic.twitter.com/2Q5ejzHF6R— 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨 - aka Larry 🇾🇪 (@Cantona_Collars) November 19, 2022

Nah. Gareth Brown on Twitter: "Look how Fifa literally justified the offside call by making a Qatar player dissappear People really need to wake up to the corruption that goes on at such high levels #FIFAWorldCup https://t.co/rUkvjrL9HH" / Twitter

Anyway, that was pretty shitty game of football. I thought Qatar would be better. Hopefully, the games tomorrow will be better.
I learned long ago as an England fan, never hope on the national team, let alone one led by Southgate.
The formula for us England fans is to watch us progress by somehow winning games we should have lost (to get our hopes up). Only for us to then throw it away by losing a game we should have won. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory
