My train gets in at 3:50 so there's no way I can get to NH without missing alot of the first half...

    Any ideas?

Cafe 31, John (owner) would hook it up if it wasn't on already.

31st btwn. 7th and 8th, right next to the taxi stand.

Bartenders usually ain't bad looking either ;)

    Question,
My friends and I will be at the car show tomorrow, how far is that from NH???
We would like to get to the car show @ about 2:00 PM, then leave and go to NH to watch the game, assuming they are close enough to do so.
Can anyone give me an idea of how close they are to each other.(Javitz ctr & Nathan hales)
    Thanx.

By car/cab, I'd give it 15-20 minutes in average traffic down the West Side Highway once you get going. By train (A to Chambers), including the walking, I'd give it 45 minutes to be safe.

Two thoughts. There is another bar called mustang sally's at 28th and 7th where they would put the game on, if it wasn't already.

To ge tto NH the best way may be to walk over to the N/R at 33rd and then take it down to city hall. Then you are only half a block away.

If you are near times square of course the N/R is there and get right on and go downtown. Javits is on 42nd and 11th. So just walk east, away from the hudson for about 4 blocks. Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, unless you just miss the train.

Nathan Hale's is at 6 Murray Street, Manhattan (Mapquest it to see exactly where it is). Best bet is either the City Hall or Brooklyn Bridge subway stops - NH's is a 2 minute walk away.
