I very much don't like to read books...but all the hype around this thing may make me hit Amazon.com or B&N to buy it. Is it worth the $ or should I just wait for the movie?
Nah, this is one of those rare times the movie came out befor the book, and it was actually a play before it was a movie. I wouldn't spend money on a politician's autobiography if I had a million bucks. Check it out at your local library instead.
The movie was Primary Colors, and John Travolta was pretty good in it. Though, Kathy Bates as Vince Foster was a bit of a strech. Well, maybe not. Anyway, I refuse to allow this guy to annoy me with his arrogance for 900 pages. It's not just that I don't care to know more about him, but I wholehartedly refuse to either (a) give him the $ 4 or whatever he makes per book out of my pocket (b) enrich the publisher that brought this to life or (c) stroke his ego by saying he got to sell X + 1 number of books because of me. I understand why people want to read it, I'm just not one of those people.
