Its on FX. I like this show. It cracks me up. Its kinda like a subtle Airplane style humour, Get Smart stupid hijinks on the beach. BJ and Notch are the best characters. A lot of word pun jokes. Sometimes the jokes are fast that you miss them, but get it later. The characters really play their character to a extreme stupid but funny limit. Its like Giligans Island brainless mentality. I think its going on its 3rd season now. Definitely is a cult hit to follow. This show is produced by Howard Stern and it was his brainchild. I am surprised its not on regular TV yet. Funny and clever show.
FX has already decided not to produce any more episodes. It's ratings are terrible. I love the end segments..."Oh, hey teens...Notch Johnson here....".
Then it can't be too bad. Definitely a guilty pleasure though. Does anyone remember 'Dick Dietrick's Night Stand'? That was the first time I saw Tim Stack (Notch). It had the same goofy, mostly juvenile humor combined with loads of T&A and jokes pointed back at himself.

Re: Re: Re: Anyone like Son of the Beach TV show? I misspoke...my bad. It's not the ratings that were terrible, it's the demos. The show apparently costs "nothing" to make, and may appear elsewhere eventually.
