Anybody want the guy back in the House leadership?

As for me, since he's left it seems the House has finally gotten some decent work done (i.e. immigration and cutting the budget).

Just curious if there's ANYBODY who wants him back as "The Hammer"

Not even the representatives of the party seem to want him back.

I bought a couple of his early albums, but I'm not a big fan of what he's been producing recently.

    What?

I'll tell you why I'm a fan of Tom Delay and why the man commands my respect and admiration.

He just doesn't give a good goddamn what anyone else thinks other than himself. Furthermore, he's taken politicking to a whole new level. I mean, ********, you had to PAY to even see him. That's amazing. He also managed to scam 10 years worth of free vacations all over the world. Now that's impressive.

I come from a city in which sleazy, corrupt politics are the MO... it's fantastic to see such an advanced and creative practitioner of sleazy, money-driven politics. He does it better than any of his modern contemporaries.

I like him cause he pisses off so many on here, especially Gringo Tex. Actually I think Gringo secretly wants to star in the stage version of Brokeback Mtn with the former majority leader. The only question is who will be the top guy. My instincts tell me Tom will play the top cowboy since he is called the "Hammer."

    Celtic Tavern LODO (

He is a short guy with a bad hair piece, who is in the bug extermination business in Houston. Used to be some kind of powerful politician.

I don't see a need for him to come back.

I don't know that he should be going to jail either though.

You don't know either way.....or just don't think he should be going to jail.....since you've already heard all the evidence?

The former, hence why I don't know. If I heard all the evidence then I probably could have an informed opinion.
