While we're at speculating, I am really pi$$ed that we didn't win our 4th consecutive MLS cup. How could Freddie Adu miss a penalty shot like that?

first off it was 2 games we needed to win.and compare what oz did for us during the rest of the season.u cant say he did bad since he kept us in 1st.(most of the time)

What an idiot. If the season was lets say 100 games. You were in first place for 98 games, and then finished in last place after the remaining two games, would you consider that a success?

Maybe Metro decided to lose the last two games in order to rid themselves of OZ. That's the feeling I got watching them at the end of last season.

Lots of things kept us in first place. The injured Fire for one. Even when we were in first place we were playing like tihs... There was no way it wasn't going to come to an abrupt end. Oz did do some good metro things... last season was an abortion.

if the coach had been able to keep them in first for the 98 and lost the last two i would blame the players for screwing up.maybe they did lose those two on purpose.after what oz said about mathis who knows?

Well, I am gone for a few months to watch other sports and now I'm lost. What the hell happened? New coach? I think OZ aka GQ man of the year was pretty good. Who the hell is this new one? Don't have a hard time remembering his name because I don't even know it. (Bradley is it) And then I realized half the team is gone! All I can say is it better be worth it because I can't tolerate another horrible season. I am considering coaching the team myself. How bad can I do? I don't think I can be any worse than say our first 2 coaches. I can't believe we got rid of Players like Andy Williams, Ross Paule and Mike Petke. I hope the ones we got in exchange are worth it!
God help us now! And what's with our %$E%^$ stadium already!
