any one have a training program to share?

    Hey, does anyone here have a training program to share so we can get to the next level in soccer?

    You must carefully jump up from the first level and land on the NEXT LEVEL! It's that easy!

    I'm actually looking for a program as well. Mainly for some beginner-moderate level players, 8-12 week program.

    Just looking for ideas at the moment and am aware a qualified AT would probably be able to give me great information, but was hoping there would be some helpful information on here :).
