I'm not moving back to DC, but this seems to me an ideal opportunity for a DC United fan to infiltrate the DC city council.

I think he made another alleged comment more specifically about Filipinos since then even.

I have not cared enough to look in detail at the context, just seen it on the local news sound-bytes, but that kind of comment can easily be made without it being racist - just poorly descriptive. It can also easily have been racist in nature.

Old black men say the racist-iest things sometimes (ooops, is that racist to say? )
