If there is a serious discussion to be had, it would be interesting.

Baggio and Barthez are Buddhists, and certainly the film 'The Cup' received some attention here in the States.

Perhaps a move to Bhutan might be in order. I believe there are one or two Buddhists that play on their great National team.
