Diario As interviewed him and he explained more about Romy:

    In spanish and my translation:

You sent a warning last sunday to JRR

No I dont work like that, Im mature enough to tell the things face to face to every player, This is like when Shaquille O'Neal showed he's a bad free throw taker, Phil Jackson thought he couldn't obligate him to train that part of his game, he should wait him to overcome that situation and improve himself. I dont drop off the squad not even one player, but JRR must include himself in our plans, yesterday he stayed late taking FK's, he's the best, he has and impressive technique. Román has played 2 matches vs Athletic and vs Espanyol with the score against and for, he plays very well, but he must understand the team's needs.

¿Ha sido su gran decepción? (Is he your major disappointment?)

No, decepción no. Yo cuento con todos. (No disappointment no, everybody counts on me)

He had about 30 minutes on the pitch yesterday (not enough) but nobody is saying a word...and he's replacing Mendieta again, which makes me wonder if he's being asked to play too far back. You saw the match-- any thoughts?

Riquelme is doing his best, I had doubts about his performance, but now I remember he's very shy and dont like the exposure to the media, add to that the fact he had a nightmare spell with LvG, the pressure and all that negative stuff, in conclusion he need to play behind K9 and Javi period. (when Rado thinks he's fit, suz he's my heroe and i respect him a lot! :) )
