Turns out that the dead man, Lee Kyang-hae, was the former head of one of Korea's largest federation of farmers. That may explain something.
Explain what? That a suicidal maniac somehow managed to make it to the top of a Korean farmers federation? That doesn't bode well for Korean farmers.
