    Wow! Talk about the Darwin awards...

    I mean I could name 3 or 4 causes i'd give my life for , but doubt I'd be as stupid as to commit suicide for this.

    I mean sure - kill yourself - there's one less protestor for the cause you despise...brilliant! And this helps your vendetta how??

    Turns out that the dead man, Lee Kyang-hae, was the former head of one of Korea's largest federation of farmers.

    That may explain something.

    Explain what? That a suicidal maniac somehow managed to make it to the top of a Korean farmers federation? That doesn't bode well for Korean farmers.

    In Prague in 1999 (I believe, whenever the WTO raided that city) a hundred protestors linked arms several deep, charged a platoon of riotpigs and managed to push them off a bridge. The move is called "the wall of death" and is now routinely practiced at all manner of hardcore/thrash shows.
