Looks like we just signed Taricco from the spuds, Pardow seems happy, but I'm unsure why we need another aging left-back. I don't know too much about him though so any insight would be welcome.
Also looks like Darren Powell is coming in on loan from (mighty Premiership club) Crystal Palace. Both go into squad for Millwall game.
    UP THE HAMMERS!!!!!!!!

You're mad! Tano is my favourite Spur from the last 5 years! He's the hardest working player (or make that 'was') at Spurs and never gave less than 100%. You could see strikers and wingers hated playing against him because he's so dirty, and he weighs in with goals too. With Etherington on the left, and Tano backing him up, you've got flair and steel. The Hammer left side will be dynamite!

Just give him a chance panic, he won't let you down.

    I'm gutted he's gone.

Thanks Jumhead for making me feel better, but with our track record of signings the past 5 years - you have to agree with me on the crap.

    I rate Tarrico...
Taricco has the bottle for this league and I think he will add something positive to the team... the other teams right winger is certainly going to know he was in a game after he takes on Taricco.
Apparently it was between Taricco and woodgate, but woodgate's injured (seriously guys who the hell do you expect Pardew to sign)
it's better to sign players in their prime but you take what's available.
    UP THE HAMMERS!

Mixed reviews so far. Thanks. I think I'm going to belive the Tots fan, just because his response makes me feel better.
I do think having a brutal L-B and R-B is a coin-toss as to whether we will benefit by this signing. From the sound of it we may play a few games with 9 men or without them (suspended).
Anyone know anything about the Palace guy?

    UP THE HAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eh, I am going to hold off on this one. Lets see how we fair on Sunday, who knows, he may knock in the game winner and we are all singing his praises.

Then again, he might just be crap.

taricco works hard - and he'll definitely get stuck in.

    world class? no.
but he wasn't out of his league in the EPL, and he certainly won't be so in the championship.

i can't say that i'm gutted to see him go, as he doesn't appear likely to get a game, as things currently stand. but then, the same thing applied to etherington at the time of his move - and i presume you'll all agree that not getting a match at spurs does not necessarily equate to not being worth a match.

can we have ethers back soon?

Don't be too dissapointed Hammers, Tano will give 110% and will be a good player in the CCC.

Heh heh. No, you have Jacko, and we'll take Etherington back.

Seriously, Pleat is a twat for letting Etherington go and keeping Jacko. I'm fuming!

What are the odds on you guys getting Richards (when healthy again) on loan?

    Was Tano any good today?

Pleat was, is, and always be a wanker. Not worth the skin he's in.

Richards to WHU...I would almost hold my breath on that deal.

Oh, we play tomorrow v Millwall.

This all happened so quickly that I didn't get a chance to work out whether it was a good or bad thing!

All I can say is thank god we didn't end up with him being paid for warming a treatment table.

Uh, we got another one from Spurs. A keeper. Burch, I think his name is. Cover for Bywater since Walker is out with an injury.
