You keep using the word "forced". I don't think it means what you think it means.

    Try again, Inigo.

If I have to go to jail to stop modern slavery I will, you have to fight for what you think is right.

Before you get into coaching you might want to understand contract law. Also look up employee laws. Look up what slavery actually is.

Contract also protects you and not just owner.

I believe we are civilized enough not to force humans into working where they dont want to work, if that happens to me, I will find the best lawyer I can afford and fight it, sometime you have to do what you think is right even if is going to give you some headaches.

Look up the word "contract", then look up the word "slavery". Then kill yourself.

If you dont want to work somewhere and somebody is forcing you to do it, that sounds like slavery to me.

Look up "force", too, then re-read "contract". Then kill yourself repeatedly.

Again how are you being forced to work where don't want to in any situation I brought up?

And once you filed a suit, it would be thrown out in a minute.

If you want to understand contract law and how it works. Go study Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick trying to leave for new jobs while still under contract.

Both went to court and both lost. Forcing them teams that wanted them to offfer compensation.

Good thing about this is if you don't like it you can quit. You can get another job just not in coaching in this scenario.

Slavery if you tried to quit you can't and most likely killed or beaten to almost death.

If a kid is going to quit because you moved him from LM to RM, then he isn't going to make it as a pro. If by simply putting the most basic challenge onto a player for him to get better causes him to no longer want to participate, then its probably better that he quits early and finds something else he enjoys.

and this is why I said "modern" slavery and I still dont think is right, not human should be owned by another human or by a company.

again, I dont agree with it, we wouldnt have Maradona or Ronaldinho if we forced them to play a certain way.

So you think no company should sign anyone to a contract for their service?

You fail at understanding "contract". Try again. Then kill yourself.

Have a good night. Mondays are hard enough with a good night's sleep. It's best to try avoiding Mondays without one.

Timon, before you cast the Mongols into Aguilucho territory, please understand that their capacity for retribution is legendary. ;)
