Williams signs with champions L.A. Galaxy. You heard it from me first. What do you all think, do we need him or he can stay put at the metroscums.
Personally, I like the idea. I don't see it happening, but Williams up top with Ruiz would be pretty dangerous attack. Williams can play in a withdrawn type position and make quick runs. That would work well with Ruiz sitting up top. If this would force Albright out, i'm all for it. Hurt...
doubtful, Williams doesn't play forward, never seen him play there anywhere..he is an attacking midfielder. So you'd still need someone else to pair with Ruiz.
He played up top alot in a 3-4-3 with metro this past year and played some great ball. He's the odd man out with Bradley here in Metro land, could get him for a third round pick and Albright I imagine.
Andy Williams coming to the Galaxy would be a great move. Cien is not getting any younger and I think he'd by a great fit for the team - could definitely get some nice balls up to Carlos, and it would free up Cobi on the sides. If this happened, along with Hong and Lalas in the back, I can't see anyone taking our long-deserved crown off our heads.
