    Maybe? Maybe not!

Forest have turned down a £3million bid for Reid after Spurs bid £5million at the start of the year.

I think the bidding war for Reid has begun..... :(

Do Forrest Fans think Kinnear is being a twat towards Tottenham??

I think you guys should have taken the 5 million pound move in Jan. because it doesn't look like anyone is even close to paying that amount now.

At first glance, I thought this thread said, "Andy Mead to Tottenham?"

    :D

Big Joe with 'Tght' Wallet Doughty's backing is acting like a spoilt brat by depriving Andy and the fans of his services to the first team.

Figo has his sights on the Prem and rightly so. He's too big for Forest now...

Not a forest fan but kinnear is being an ass, A player is only worth what someone will pay for him and outside of Spurs there's no other interest in Reid right now. What a player though, he was magical for ireland today, roaming all over the field and influence everything first half until Kerr for whatever reason chained him to the left second. If Spurs get him they are getting a top quality Beardsleyesque talent. Forest need to let him go though, luckily January isn't too far away.

give him a chance in the big time, 5 million is definately decent compensation for him considering no one else is even interested.

Forest aren't about to become a premiership club any time soon so let him further his career!

I saw Reidy play in DC back in July

    this from dcunited.com
"The strategy was rewarded in the 32nd minute as Louis-Jean's mazy run down the right flank set up Gareth Taylor, who laid the ball off for Andy Reid. Reid stunned Nick Rimando with a blistering drive from almost 30 yards out, rattling into the lower left corner for a fine equaliser."

    It was a great match...

Reid should stop being so bloody selfish, stay put, and help Forest get back into the top flight! If he can't do that by the end of the season then sell him off.

Forrest have a decent squad, they should not be fighting for last place.
Forest are next to last in the division and if they don't pull their heads out... soon... they are going down...

It is hard enough to get info on them because they are in the championship division.

I shudder to think how it will be if they end up in Division One!

I don't think forest will be back up for a while, Reid's shelf life is short and right now he's hot and at top price. Forest need to sell for their sake and for his, either to spurs or another premier team or better yet Celtic if they had the money but it's time for him to move on. Forest could pick up some good young talent with the cash too.

I think forest should of sold em back in january when they had the chance, so kinnear can get some decent players not like the twats that we ave now

i reckon we should ave accepted the bid for £5m then we mite have got some new faces at the city ground

I hope they take this money and buy lots of booze with it because we are going down this season and we need the drinks to kill the pain!
