This is 100% NOT true. I have the Dispatch paper right in front of me and there is no Crew story in the paper at all. Well there is a blurb in the Hunter peice about the Crew's exit being eaiser for Crew players to be called up. Apperantly Marshall, Buddle, Hejduk, and Sanneh are all on the short list and Martino and Cunny(right) are possibilites. Nice one Zak, but this was a ************ thing to do to people on here.
YES!!! Perfect. In fact, they should stand by his desk and watch him pack his little box, to make sure he doesn't steal anything, and then escort him off the property. A couple of them. A big, shaved head black guy, maybe 6'6" with arms like telephone poles and a potbellied old Sergeant with a snotty, sarcastic attitude. Does this level of detail indicate an unhealthy fixation?
Shove a grenade up your ass. My kidney decided to pass a stone yesterday so I wake up today with what's left of a vicoden haze, log on here, and see this. At first I'm doubtful, then it all begins to seem real. Then it's a hoax... I can't take another vicoden for another two hours so I'm going to have to sit here clutching my sides and supressing the urge to kill. Ugh. May you be condemned to serve as assistant coach under GA. It's the only fitting punishment; having to sit there and watch that fat ugly bearded diptard make decisions that drive you nuts.
Yes, but it's become the norm over the last 14 months. Similar to seeing men in hotpants rollerbalding down Santa Monica Beach - normal in Santa Monica , but really weird in Birmingham. Unfortunately the Fire Andrulis thread does not go back to May '03 for background anymore. Outsiders believe this is a reaction to the playoffs, but we all know that what just another example of coaching ineptitude which was mitigated by some good acquisitions over the last 10 months. The turmoil in the playoffs simply rubbed salt in your blister - again.
My good freind, highly esteemed colleague and all-too-infrequent poster Raoul has posted serious wisdom here, as is his wont. There's a trend now amongst the unwashed to claim that "you guys were all excited when you were in the middle of the streak but now that you've been bounced out of the playoffs you're nack bitching about Andrulis" Absolutely false. Most Crew fans have been remarkably consistent throughtout the season: we've seen enough of this guy up close and personal, to know that he is simply a worthless waste of flesh; a pile of moldy rat turds with a beard. We could win 50 in a row and that opinion would not change. The thing that is beginning to make me laugh is the silence from Velma Avenue. That bunch of weasels, headed by the new Weasel-in-Chief Mark McCullers, has had exactly squat to say since Coach Stupid's post game "I can't talk now" meme. Welll when CAN you talk, **************? Jim SMith was notoriously tight-lipped, but he was Chatty-Fvcking-Cathy compared to McCullers. It's been a whole fvcking week since the Crew embarrassed themselves in front of the entire league, and the Management hasn't got ONE DAMN THING TO SAY TO THE FANS???????? NOT ONE GODDAM WORD??????? UN_FVCKING_BELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Why doesn't McCullers just come out and say "To all Crew fans: KISS MY WHITE HAIRY ASS!!!!!!!!"???? AT least he'd be being honest. What a bunch of gutless, worthelss buttwads.
Absolutely a great point. Greg Elliott talked to the Dallas papers, 3rddegree, and the FC Dallas website following their last game. Peter Wilt has talked to Chicago papers and sent out a letter to Fire fans. Alexi Lalas talked to a San Jose paper following the last game of their season. But we in Columbus still haven't heard a damn thing from Mark McCuller, or even from Greg Andrulis for that matter.
Thanks for your platitudes Sir William, can I have the Cardinal of Las Vegas job back? More seriously, GA is out of contract and technically can't be fired. However(!!), perhaps a more positive spin would be to announce a new coach or the process for contracting a coach (ok - include Greg if it seems PC) for the '05 season. He's not fired but he is not the winner in the search - a positive for the club and a more fitting way to let him end his career with the Crew. That would be OK with me and good PR spin for the general fan. Same way we dismissed some of the veterans from last year , notably Mike Clark.
Hell, Peter Wilt posts on these hallowed boards. You think Crew management knows about them? "Big What dot com?"
Nearly 2 seasons of wins in a row? Now I think that would change my opinion of any coach! Point well made on the consistant distrust and dislike for Andrulis, though.
