Are there any plans of this site having its own professional looking Android app? Or even to be included in the Tapatalk app?
Just thought this myself, it would be really nice to have an app to stay up on threads, etc. Quite a bother trying to do it through Android browser. I see the Iphone app ads all the time, Android would be nice.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and select the iPhone skin....works great on my Android....
Exactly... No offense but thats still crap to me when I tried it. If an iphone app exists, why not an android app? At least submit the site to tapatalk where viewing/posting in other forums is much nicer than doing it in a mobile browser.
Working in Tapatalk for me. Great to finally have content there--so much faster than the mobile skin.
Tapatalk has been working well again overall for about a week now. However, the prefix choices (News:, Pre-match:, PBP:, Post-match:, etc.) alongside the thread title don't appear when creating a new thread with Tapatalk. -G
I find that when accessing the site through Tapatalk there are often threads missing. For example, in the Football forum, the thread on the SEC is missing in Tapatalk, but is present when viewed in Chrome. Anyone else notice missing threads in Tapatalk?
Yep, there is a problem with this thread not being visible via tapatalk: https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/...-white-house-ii-the-two-towers.1900752/unread
I've been using it for a while and I haven't noticed any missing threads. Wait, strike that. I just checked and crazypete is right - I don't see that thread. I wonder why.
Not sure why. On a mobile device, the site is much easier to use with Tapatalk than a browser. Wish someone could fix the missing thread issue.
There is something up with that thread. I posted in it last night, and subsequent posts didn't trigger alerts, nor add a link to the thread in my 'Watched threads' tab. I'm also seeing severe latency issues with tapatalk, not sure if the issue with iPhone (other apps have this issue as well) but my dashboard is not up to date compared to the website and the refresh rate in general seems poor.
My other problem with Tapatalk is that it doesn't honor ignore lists. There's a particularly troublesome poster on P&CE that made at least one there completely unreadable all weekend. Thank god my new laptop comes tomorrow so I won't have to use Tapatalk so much.
