Tello en el entrenamiento del primer equipo. Leí que el tecnico del primavera le dio un ataque de tecnico como al Piscis y lo puso a jugar de volante defensivo como en la sub 20. Dios nos salve si este man sigue jugando ahí.

Need him to go to a olace like England or Germany where they treat training practices just as important as the matches..... In England he'll learn lots of tactical awareness and hustle but in a olace like Italy he'll learn more of what to do with ball at the feet and have freedom to attack... Colombia needs a holding mid that is strong defensively so its nit just Sánchez defending but also a guy that can get the ball to Falcao on a long pass or to Cuadrado and James... I thought Quintero was going to be Sánchez's partner one day but he doesn't defend... Maybe Tello can be thia guy...
I don't see what people see in Tello. At least while he's been playing with the NT. Even when he was played in his natural position he seemed lost. I find A Zapata to have much more potential as that box to box MF to help cover that DFM and attack when needed.
La verdad es que cuando estaba en la sub 17 el man destacaba por su velocidad y fuerza como lateral derecho, en estos momentos ya es igual que cualquier gato de la primera colombiana, le han hecho un trabajo de propaganda muy grande, yo en parte tuve culpa de eso, me gustaba mucho de lateral, ya cuando empezó a jugar de mediocampista me parece de lo mas malo que he visto en mi vida.
And do you find that A. Zapata is the real deal and should develop well in Europe? He has all the markings of a skilled MF, just a bit immature about when to release the ball but I was impressed with his skills.
Zapata tiene mucho talento, pero lo veo algo similar a Quintero, los tecnicos no saben donde ponerlo, el man lo quieren usar como extremo izquierdo, pero no tiene la velocidad que piden hoy en dia para esa posición, esta jugando como mediapunta, pero a la hora de tomar decisiones todavia esta muy verde, y para volverlo volante mixto le falta algo que se requiere en esa posición: Huevo. Como juvenil el man destacaba, pero cuando llega la hora de jugar contra profesionales la vaina cambia muchisimo. Yo le estoy perdiendo un poco la fe a los jugadores talentosos que estamos produciendo, estan mas pendientes del peinado de moda para hacerselo que de mejorar como jugadores.
bueno, lo del peinado son todos por todas partes del mundo. El internet a cambiado mucho el ambiente del deportista....bueno y malo. Pero lo que vi de Zapata en el proceso mundialista, si le vi huevos en el sentido que no le peso la camisa como lo hicieron muchos y me pareció que no entro con tanto 'pedigree' como lo hizo Tello, Lucumi, Joao o Borre. Y no le peso pedir el balón y tratar de crear posibilidades.

He is def going on loan but that is a ton of money for him. He is God in FIFA after 2-3 years on loan. They have been doing very great with young players recently so hopefully he does well. Insane he went for 1.4 million euro and Cali can't sell Borre haha
