i have seen moreno ref a few times and he is ok, in fact, he was a ref selected for advancement in the WC. he may not be the best world class ref, but he is in a whole other league from kenney. i saw morneo more than once in the WC and he at least kept control of the games. kenney couldn't keep control of a game on his gameboy, let alone a futbol match. i have watched a whole lot of football and i have never seen a worse ref than kenney (ok maybe that putz from jamacia is about as bad)--and i am an MLS fan, so that is saying something.
