Sooo, was tonight's US-Mex telecast the worst color commentary anybody has ever heard on a soccer broadcast? Or should I say, NOT heard? I'd tell Milburn not to quit her day job, except for the fact that I really want her to quit her day job...
My friend and I had an issue with her last year as well doing stuff like this. There was a UCLA game she was working and she was not at all impressive. She complained about it being cold in LA and was taking naps during the broadcast. We have her for the whole tourney I think...at least that is what they said during the broadcast. But I don't know if she will be doing the other non-LA matches as well or if they will use a different crew or just do everything from FOX studios in El Lay. I did not have a problem with Allen Hopkins doing the PBP for this tourney. I do believe he is the Spirit PBP as well on COX4 right? He pretty much stuck to the game and did not stray into PTH-ish territory.
