That should be every team's philosophy.

This was a really "stupid beyond belief" game plan.

    Beyond mere incompetence.

    Beyond willful negligence.

    Rapidly approaching criminal mischief.

    And mind-boggling in all respects.

Absolutely, this is the dumbest thing I have ever read on Big Soccer. Ever.

To everyone who bitched about how bad we looked in the first half of this match, and blamed Bradley for that....

Result ahead for today's Champion's League Final

[result]I hope you watched today's Champion's League final. It was very educational. That Utd team was probably the 2nd best team in the World, and Barca outlcassed them in a more dominant fashion than Argentina outclassed us, and Utd suffered far more in the 2nd half than we did in the first half. When a team like Barca and Argentina are pinging the ball about, never more than 10 meters away, resting while they have that possesion - and then employing high pressure when they don't have it - it is literally impossible to do more than hoof it up the field, This is Man Utd, and they never "hoof" a ball. And that was what they reverting to because they were so exhausted by defending, and under such intense pressure by Barca from the front of their side. It's all based on that amazing passing - which again is never more than 10m away, so when thet do lose it, there's always a player there to apply instant pressure[/result]

    That's 'cos you're a relative newbie.

So, Barcelona and Argentina have two (out of eleven) players in common - Messi and Masch.

Other than that, impeccable logic, appoo.

Argentina is playing the same formation with roughly the same players (Tevez in for De Maria) vs. Bolivia in the Copa America opener as they did vs. the US.

Mod's Note: Copa America implied result below
[RESULT]Not giving away the score at half-time but Argentina may have had a couple of half-chances at best.

    And they're playing at home.[/RESULT]
