    I kinda agree with him. I basically hate amateur sports for this reason (granted, most of my venom goes towards NCAA). That said, LLWS generally makes a better fist of it than most - you can still go to games for free and I don't think there's any in park advertising at Williamsport. The CEO is also actually rather underpaid by decent corporate standards (which aren't American standards most of the time). 250K is a perfectly good salary for a guy running a business that brings in $20m a year.

    A scholarship check or something for the kiddies would be a good idea.

    NCAA players should absolutely be paid though, but that's a different story.
