Maybe on Gol TV. I believe I saw last year's matches on that channel.

Oooh... Gol TV is supposed to be added to Comcast around here on or around August 5. Maybe they could set it up a few days earlier....

I think it does. I have family in Baltimore, and FSW, and the other channels are already on their lineup.

If it's GOL TV I hope their marketing people are looking at BigSoccer to see that they need to have feeds on the West Coast. I don't think anyone has picked them up. As a matter of fact they should post out here and see that there's a need all over for them. The more football channels on the TV the more my wife will want to leave me, but at least she knows I'm at home :D

They show a lot of Central and South American football of smaller countries like Honduras, Ecuador, etc.

The VP of Programming for GOLTV posts on BS all the time in the "Media" forums. His name is Constantino (I think that's his screenname as well). Just look through those forums, and either PM him or e-mail him and he'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

I get GOL TV through DISH, and I happened to ask him a question through the forums. The guy was great. Even sent me a GOL TV T-shirt, as well.

So, if Comcast adds a channel like GolTV to the lineup in one market, can you get it in another market as well? For instance, say...oh, I don't know....Denver?

Not always. For example someone in Lakewood could get it but someone in Aurora could not. They so weired with the channel line ups.

I just with DirecTV would add it....

    Aurora?

Would that be near Mikita's Donut Shop, or closer to Adley Stevenson Memorial Park?

DallasGooner's just helping me out with perspective. Aurora and Lakewood are Denver suburbs.

I was trying to be funny. Aurora, IL is the home of Wayne Campbell, and his excellent co-host Garth Algar, the stars of the most popular public access show in the Chicago-land area, "Waynes World."

Well it was definitely on GolTV last year. I tried calling Nevada's Smiths to find out whom is broadcasting it, but just got a recording. Maybe I'll try later.

Dear Lord, let Comcast pick up Gol TV in Chicago! I have been pestering Comcast with emails and phone calls. They always respond with thank you very much for your interest in programming, but we will add that channel when there is enough interest.

PLEASE! How many stinking relgious channels do I need? I have 4, all of which are the SAME religion! Don't get me started on the tons of other worthless, mindnumbing garbage channels that pollute my cablebox!

Dude...Aurora is the next town immediately west of Naperville. Not exactly the best that Chicago has to offer.
