If Stifler is in it, I'll see it. If Stifler were in a silent, black-and-white Bulgarian documentary about a dead cat, I'd watch it.
Stifler RULES!! That movie trailer had me laughing good! Its the same old gag, but for some reason its just as damn funny. I can't wait to see this. I thought American Pie 2 was better than the original, so even if this one isn't quite as good it will still be hilarious.
The Trailer was funny and they used the James song "Crazy" so that was great too. I thought American Pie was funnier but that American Pie 2 had a better story.
i avoided it for a long time because i thought it would suck, but i loved it - tom green has never before or since been so funny
Gene Levy steals absolutely every scene in every single American Pie movie. Without him, there would be no American Pie. He was hillarious in Best in Show, and i'm looking forward to Mighty Wind as well. Stifler is cool too.
Everyone is prasing Stifler but to me the best thing in the movies is Jim (jason biggs) and his dad. The internet web cam thing was the best thing in any American Pie. And Eugene Levy just rocks. Also I checked on IMDB and apparently every guy (except the one who is dating Katie Holmes) is returning but none of the girls are (except Alson Hennigan). Maybe this will be the one bad one. In the good news, Deborah Rush of Strangers with Candy is in it. That has to be good.
I agree completely. Without the interaction between Jim and his dad, American Pie would be just another raunchy teen movie. Interesting that most of the girls are returning but I remember reading in a Rolling Stone interview when AP2 was out that Mena Suvari, Tara Reid and Shannon Elisabeth were all apprehensive about doing the sequel and looked at it as a "graduation" of sorts to more grown up films. Of course, none of the three have done anything of note since then.
Actually that is what I said. Most of the guys are returning but none of the girls are (except Alyson Hennigan) including Natasha Lyonne. I don't know why since beside Suvari, none of them either have had great roles or a are great actress'. Unless they consider Tomcats or Van Wilder great stuff.
Shannon Elizabeth apparently refuses to take off her clothes in movies anymore. Uh, Shannon, sweetheart, you weren't in American Pie because of your acting....
I thought she played the role of a hot ass eastern european exchange student with a bad fake accent very well.
