American signing

I thought some of you might be interested to see the story we did on Jonathan Spector, the American who will sign with United this July. He seems like a really nice kid and apparently is quite a prospect.

I hope the kid's as good as they say but I find the whole story a bit sensational.

You don't move a kid into central defence in the middle of a under 17s match in rural Ireland and suddenly turn him into an overnight sensation that half the Premiership clubs want a piece of.

Hope he's good. Will watch out for him in a few years time.
