Guy was assistant of sinisa myajlovic in torino and bologna...then assistant of alonso in Uruguay (wc)...yeah america gave him his chance as main coach...but with his experience could be a good choice

Crazy might be right for once. So far the new coach seems to be in over his head.

they were unlucky against Flu with the own goal a 1-1 would have been a bit fairer result but they suffer from the same problem all Colombian teams do. They try to dribble into goal or do 60 passes before they shoot the ball.

for a team that dominated Euro teams to perform like this against Cali.... maybe our league isnt that bad just needs better strikers.

Nacional dominated but just couldn't finish as well.

might fire the coach and bring the usually 2-3 a holes who never seem to have work

Jorge Luis Pinto y Hernán Torres.....

also how he has fallen when the NT couldn't afford him to go to Cali haha Ricardo Gareca. Dude is almost 70

will probably end up getting Reyes who failed in Peru and will kick out everyone who isnt 99% Colombian and doesn't eat empanadas for breakfast lunch and dinner with blood sausage

I never liked this coach, I think he is overrated. Everytime he is nominated for a club, I really don't understand what they find in him.

Who is availabe? Only foreign I think. Unbelievable that two of the biggest clubs replaced coaches after a month inside the new season.

I thought coaches are not allowed to coach 2 teams in 1 season?

or is it you can’t steal another teams coach while the season is still active?

Sid - there was a 'libere la mecha' banner at RBA during the friendly.

We aren't still on the Clinton List are we?

It looks like America snuck into the playoff round by nicking 8th place in the Clausura table. They did this by winning 5 of their last 6 league matches.

happy with the final 8.... Millos and Dep cali need to invest smartly and can't be getting taken out by teams with 0 budget.

Hopefully Leonel goes to a bigger club but the Nacional dream seems unlikely unless he wins the league

hopefully Millos/Dep Cali raid Forteleza and Bucaramanga next season

The Cali badge is quite nice (Red Devil) but the final look of the jersey will depend upon how many sponsor logos they will allow.

The Once Caldas kit is utter cr@p because it is loaded with sponsor logos that follow no specific style. Why have a color scheme for a club when the logos fill the rainbow spectrum of colors?
