In yet another sponsor addition , Amcore Bank joins the Storm. The sponsors just continue to roll in.

Good job. This can only be a good thing for the league. Hopefully the indoor fans will support the sponsors and mention the team when utilizing sponsors product.

Lofty and crew are doing a great job of securing sponsors. The Sears Centre is a wonderful facility for indoor soccer, and Stevie Morris has put a very credible team on the field. I just hope that the fans start to realize the quality they have in their backyard (so to speak) and start filling some of those empty seats. If they have the ability to secure so many top sponsors, they should have the ability to draw a stronger fan base. I definitely think it can happen!

I also like that in the releases they say "Per club policy, financial terms of the agreement will not be disclosed."

A lot of times teams say "financial terms WERE not disclosed" as if the team itself does not know the terms. A reporter would say the terms were not disclosed, but the team's PR people should not say that.

Question, if AMCORE is sponsoring the Storm player of the game award then what is the Vienna Beef MISL Top Dog?

It's an all beef frank that plumps when you cook it. They're going to call it the "Weiner-Ryan"...

If only the fans would do the same.

Sponsorships are nice -- the ones that bring in actual dollars to the franchise. Many other sponsorships are "trade". Although they help, they don't give us any real indication how much they're benefitting the franchise. For all we know, the Storm may have gotten 100 free checks from the bank in exchange for the sponsorship. Any sports franchise needs to do business with other businesses and lots of it is done in trade.

I feel the team made very good progress this year , some may disagree and think maybe more progress should have been made , fine. We all have our opinions , there are different degrees of progress. Let's get over it! Why does this boad have to be infested with hatred and an atmosphere of having to fear for what you say.

I don't think it is characterized by that kind of atmosphere at all.
