My religious beliefs prevented me from attending college for more than a year so I guess I'll have to use my High School instead.

I dunno how recent we are keeping this, because there are some awesome OSU players from a ways back...

I'd slide Jerry Lucas in at the other forward slot. And we haven't even gotten to John Havlicek (F), Dennis Hopson (G), Bill Hosket (F), Clark Kellog (F), Herb Williams (C), and Gary Bradds (F). Brad Sellars was also an OSU alum.

Ditto for these guys... there are some excellent players from further back.

OL: John Hicks (won Outland and Lombardi trophies in 1973, finished 2nd in the Heisman - splitting the "OSU vote" with Griffin and Gradishar, who finished 5th and 6th). Pro career cut short by injury.
OL: Jim Stillwagon (1970 Outland and Lombardi winner - first time a player won both). Drafted by Green Bay; chose to play CFL instead.
OL: Jim Parker (1956 Outland). Drafted by the Colts, perennial all-pro pick.
OL: Bill Willis, 1943-44 All-American. First black starter in pro football (played for the Browns).
OL: Jim Lachey
QB: OSU has a put a rediculous number of quarterbacks into the NFL, but Hoying was probably the best.
FB: Pete Johnson
RB: Chic Harley (except I think he played before there even was pro ball... but probably the best RB ever at OSU)

TE: John Frank (two Super Bowl rings with San Francisco)

yea i was going to include all those guys but this was a 'current' list which kinda limits it...but yea, over time ohio state has produced some of the best...

 

Best OSU Offensive lineman may have been the late Korey Stringer.
