Bobby Convey and DaMarcus Beasley were named all-stars (even though they shouldn't have), but now they're going to Europe. Which East mids should replace them? I know some of yu think the all-star game is stupid and I understand why, but now 2 undeserving guys are off the team! Who should replace them? I say Dema Kovalenko should definately get the spot, and I bet he will. As for the other spot, if it's a midfielder: Andy Williams; if it's a defender: Chad Marshall.
Need to find a couple of guys just as deserving, guys that play for losing teams, have no goals and maybe one or two assists. The selection of these two was made on rep and not performance. The All-Star game is a joke so anyone will do. BTW, Dempsey needs to be replaced also, I see he has a broken jaw and will miss six weeks or so.
